The industry does not take responsability for extra garanty that are not printed in the current Certificate, as well as it does not take it for the warranty deadline, when the certificate's checkbook stub is not sent to the industry as soon as it was filling.
MAQTRON IMPORT AND EXPORT LTDA. Give you warranty on their products against factory imperfections, on the conditions bellow:
A - 1. All the pieces wil be replaced whithin warranty, if those were imperfect or marred.
A - 2. Those pieces that were replaced will become property of MAQTRON IMPORT AND EXPORT LTDA.
A - 3. They will be rewied in warranty, having imperfections for the wearing of all pieces, once they have been examinted on our tecnical departament.
A - 4. Warranty services will be realized inside of the authorized oficine, although the transportation expenses will be responsabilty fo the client.
A - 5. MAQTRON IMPORT AND EXPORT LTDA. Reserves itself the right of altering the specifications or drawings of our products, without any previous noticer.
B - 1. The complain must be done to the Authorized Seller/Oficine or to the Factory, right after the flaw was discovered.
B - 2. The flaws can not be provided by indelicate wear of the product, accidents or falls, transportantion, nature elements or lack of reading Instrucition Manual.
B - 3. The permanency of a flaw for lack of warning (complain), certainly will become harmfull so that we will not be able to consider and also it will obligate us to cut the warranty.
C -1. The validity will last 6 months from the selling date which must be written at the Warranty Certificate, with the number of the Fiscal Note.
D - 1. Passed the deadline. D - 2. If the machine was touched by unauthorized people or its estructure, construction or working had been changed. D - 3. Lack of reading the Manual Instruction or this Warranty Term.
